I'm JAMES,
A DJ with over 12 years of experience bringing people together through music. Born in Broome, I later moved to the Byron Bay, NSW area, where I first started DJing for fun with mates at around 20 years old.
What began as a hobby soon turned into years of playing at weddings, private events, and local venues across the Byron Bay, NSW region.
My Approach
I am confident in reading the room and adapting to the energy of the crowd. Whether it’s a laid back afternoon set, private function or a venue at full capacity, I pride myself on keeping things simple and authentic: solid preparation, a genuine passion for music and creating the right energy every time.
Highlights
In 2022, I returned to Broome and have since become a resident DJ at several local venues, headlining and holding regular events, while also supporting big acts such as Peking Duk, What So Not, and Bread Gang.
